You can easily add and move these items in your designs, as well as apply physically based materials from a library of over 2,100 options. Additionally, you can import thousands of free models from the Trimble 3D Warehouse or import 3D models from other applications in popular formats.

Live Home 3D also introduces innovative features like augmented reality (AR) integration, where you can project your 3D home into real-world surroundings and even walk around or inside the house using the AR view. For devices with LiDAR sensors built-in, you can scan your room or house and recreate a digital copy within the app.

To enhance the realism of your designs, Live Home 3D allows you to adjust lighting based on geolocation, time of day, and cloudiness. You can also customize light fixtures throughout the house to achieve the desired lighting scene.

The app offers multiple camera options for creating flyover videos and 3D renderings of your projects from different angles. The roof feature is fully customizable, allowing you to create corner windows and complex openings.

Sharing your projects is made easy with Live Home 3D. You can easily share your projects among iOS, macOS, or Windows devices. The app also allows you to export 2D floor plans as PDF and high-resolution images of your projects. You can even render realistic home interior and outdoor walkthrough videos, as well as create Stereo 3D Video, 360° Video, Stereo 3D 360° Video, and 360° Panorama JPEG images.

Live Home 3D offers additional features through in-app purchases. The Standard Features In-App purchase removes watermarks and save limitations. The Pro Features In-App purchase unlocks advanced features such as extended export quality, unlimited floor levels, terrain editing tools for landscape design, material editor for creating custom materials, 2D Elevation view for working with openings and wall panels, custom-shaped roofs editing, multi-purpose Building Block tool, wider range of camera settings, and the ability to export the entire house design or several objects to various formats.
